I really enjoy attending Adventsingen at BYU. Hearing the scriptures read in German by my favorite BYU professor, Dr. Kelling, listening to the sweet voices of the German Children's Choir, the majestic organ, and mostly singing so many carols that I love including O Tannenbaum, and Stille Nacht." Dave insisted on attending with me. I was a tad nervous to have him there, worried that he would be bored and want to leave early, but he thoroughly enjoyed the performance, mostly thinking about his own German ancestors and wondering what the music would have meant to them.
My heart it full.
