Our Family 2013
Our annual Bear Lake Reunion was another year filled with incredible memories. We brought McKay with us. It was fun to watch him bond with his Hatch cousins.
The lake was gorgeous! I had to stop and take some pictures on our way down the mountain.
Our first night at Bear Lake was long! I awoke at 3:00am hungry, cold and feeling the air almost completely deflated out of our air mattress! At 3:30am I went to roll Alyssa next to Dave so I could go on the king-sized air mattress the kids were sleeping on. Suddenly I heard, "Don't you dare!" It was Dave! We both started to laugh and he said he needed my weight there to keep the remaining air for him. I told him I couldn't get the 4th verse of "Come, Come Ye Saints" out of my mind. "And should we die before our journey's through..." He reminded me that I had it good (which I knew) and to enjoy the journey (which I chose to do).
The next day on the lake was awesome! All of the Hatch kids, minus Brandon and Charlotte's family (we missed them like crazy), made the trek to the lake and reunion.
