We love watching Austin play soccer. He is playing in a AAA league now that should be more vigorous and more competitive. Here are some pictures from Austin's soccer games and cousin Brendon's 18th birthday!
Almost immediately, I felt at home at Lone Peak. It was a surprising feeling being how much I loved teaching in the Orem/Lindon community. The principal, Ronda Bromley, is incredible. She is motivating and inspiring as a mother, professional, and just makes me want to be better in all areas of my life. Love that! Our Family Opening Social was at a park in AF. The BBQ was delicious with homemade salads, hotdogs, and hamburgers. There was face painting, balloons shaped into Knight swords for the kids, bouncy houses for the kids, and just fun stuff for everyone. The kids are super excited for us to be part of the LPHS family. Even Coach Evans gave Austin a t-shirt.
One of the things I enjoyed so much while in Jackson was our scenic river tour. Our tour guide was incredible and just darling. He knew everything about the area and was full of information for us. We saw about 12 bald eagles along the way which was super cool! So fun to bond with our family.
