Women's USA vs Colombia @ Rio Tinto

We had a unique experience to watch many women's soccer players from the 2020 Olympic gold medalists play against Columbia in Salt Lake City. It was a really fun game, especially with Alyssa, Syd, and Zoey from the Celtic team.

Before the game, there are always soccer-related activities for the fans to participate in.  When we saw the goal shoot with the inside targets, I said to the girls, "With all of the money we dump into soccer, you need to hit the inside target or we (parents) are moving you back to rec ball."  Alyssa stepped up and hit a bullseye....followed by Syd! I guess they showed us! 

 

The Utah Air Show---from Justin and Jana's Backyard in Uintah

Utah Air Show from Justin and Jana's backyard. Mom and Dad, Jeff and Nicole, Betty Jo and crew all gathered for the day to watch the planes.  It was truly inspirational!  While tubing the river, the boys met the parachutists from the Air Show who saw the river when they jumped and decided they needed to cool off.  What a great day!

 

Father's Day 2022: Colonoscopy for the King!

Oh boy- Dave made a scheduling blunder: his 50 colonoscopy the day after Father's Day!  The only bright side was I didn't have a cook one thing other than beef broth for his Father's Day feast.

Dave- you are our world! We love you so much and are grateful for you in our lives.  Happy Father's Day to the guy who does so much for our family.
