I love to experience a variety of free time activities. From sports to the arts, I feel more complete in my heart when I have variety. When the Jensens invited us to the Utah Symphony, I was elated! We ate at Caffe Molise in SLC (yummy Italian food) and then enjoyed 2 hours of music at the symphony. We love the Jensens and the fun things we do with them!
Jaxson went to Homecoming at LPHS with a group of his cute friends that hang out on the weekends. He looked so incredibly grown-up! I can't believe my boy is doing doing all things high school now. Love him!
This past weekend has been amazing. On Friday evening, we gathered at Uncle Doug's house for a BBQ and rounds of Mafia. The next morning, we caravanned to Sanpete County for some family time. First, we stopped in Mt. Pleasant to visit the cafe where mom used to work for her Uncle David. After pictures and a bathroom stop, we drove past Spring City to hike Lowry Top, the mountain of my people. It was a nice hike but incredibly steep at the end. The views were spectacular. Afterward, we drove to Manti for dinner at Millers Drive Thru with the yummiest shake I've had in years. On Sunday, everyone came back to my house for dinner and visiting. It was so special to spend time with the Nielsen family.
