Another Visit from the Johnstons----This Time at the Lindsay Hotel!

It was just magical.  Always magical when the Johnstons are our "neighbors' for a time.  Steve always talks about how Dave is his 3rd brother and he makes time to be with him.  

Steve and Jen flew to Utah to drop Riley off at BYU. They spent the first night or two in a hotel and then spent the next 3 in our home. We loved spending all day Sunday-Wednesday with them.  We went out to lunch, talked until 1:30am in the morning, laughed, and even shed a few tears. Here are some pictures from our time together.

Loving the warm summer nights in Provo watching the BYU Women's Soccer team light up the field.  Coach Kayla was incredible! We are blessed to work with these wonderful ladies, mentors, and coaches for Alyssa.

All of these little things were so much fun to do with my girl!  I'm grateful for my current teaching assignment at the district office that allows me to do things like this.  

Alyssa has a cute friend group filled with colorful, vibrant, smart girls. I am grateful for my little caboose! She's so wonderful!

Oh, and my little girl suddenly looks like a teenager.  Dave and I are dying....

Austin's Soccer Season with Arsenal!

Back in May, we encouraged Austin to look at some other clubs to see if any of them would be a better fit to help him reach his goals.

Arsenal picked him up and offered him a great position on a great team!  And it has felt like the right move for him.

They have played in so many tournaments this summer.  Austin is developing into a wonderful player.  We love his passion and fierce sportsmanship.
