Cashing in on my Christmas Present from Taylor: a Head Spa Experience!

Oh, it was 

GLORIOUS.

RELAXING.

TINGLING.

PEACEFUL.

HEAVENLY.

Taylor knows I love having my head and hair scratched/played with so she booked us an appt at Holi Head Spa to be pampered.

I love how thoughtful Taylor is! We had a wonderful time together!

 

Merry Christmas!!!!

We enjoyed a lovely Christmas morning as a family. Lots of smiles, presents, and joy in both giving and receiving. 

After opening gifts, we ate our traditional Ebelskiver breakfast and an evening fondue dinner as a family.

The Magic of Christmas Eve

We love Christmas Eve Day and evening!

A solid head cold had tackled Taylor and Jody earlier in the week. Taylor was feeling quite sick and decided not to go to the annual party at Grandma's house, but Jody felt up to it.

We met there, ate Italian food and opened presents. We gave Grandma Barbie and a large minky blanket which I think she loved. It was fun to watch everyone open their gifts.

Jaxson and Jody dashed out early to take Taylor her presents and help her feel not excluded since she was feeling yucky. We watched her open her gifts from the Lindsay family. When everyone came home, we took our annual Christmas Eve family picture and then headed downstairs to watch some home videos of our family. The kids really enjoyed watching new video of Taylor and Jaxson as babies, to see their parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles so much younger. We watched for over an hour, laughing and talking as we went. Finally it was time for bed....and to all of us a GOODNIGHT!
