Just Having a BALL together!

 Sometimes mom calls and asks for Christmas gift ideas.  She has her hands full each year with 7 children, 7 spouses, 28 grandkids, and her husband! So when I suggested a family gift, she was ecstatic and sent a check in the mail that day! LOL!  We have been looking at ping pong tables that lay over our pool table for some time and purchased a high-quality, beautiful ping pong table (along with some new pool table sticks).  We are having the best time playing together!  And we are playing often!  

Having Dave pulled off of work and just doing his clinicals has given him time to play with the kids and they LOVE it!  They play ping pong, shoot pool, wrestle, hot tub, and just talk with each other.

Now, I'm not gonna lie: worst fondue ever in almost 30 years. I am not kidding.  Even Marinanne apologized for the awful cheese she found and we had to pay for.  But the company was awesome!  It was fun to have LeElla with us.  I love this tradition of fondue with my Swiss sisters! En'Guete!

Alyssa has been KILLING it on the basketball court this year!  One of their wins was 23-14 and our girl scored 19 points.  We are proud of her hard work and grit.

Happy New Year 2020!

Since our family was in Arizona for Christmas, it was decided we would have a New Year's Day brunch with presents, waffles, and fun!  Grandma knows how to make celebrations special so the day was simply wonderful!  We all enjoyed opening presents, eating yummy food, watching football, and enjoying each other's company.  Happy New Year in 2020!
