Dad called me back in June after he had read in the paper about the potential to tour the new MTC addition in Provo. He told me to reserve tickets, so I put it on my calendar to reserve the tickets!
The kids and I went in August. We were sad Dave couldn't make it but he had a super busy work day which we understood. We had a wonderful time touring the facilities. At one point, Austin said, "Okay mom. This seals the deal. I'm going on a mission!" THe spirit was strong and we really enjoyed getting a glimpse of MTC life for missionaries.

Trek, July 30, 2017. Emotionally stood in front of the ward and expressed that trek was life-changing and I was deeply grateful that Dave and I were chosen to be a ma and pa.
