Happy Birthday to the caboose of our family! Alyssa is hilarious, fiery, a fierce competitor, but with a delightful spirit and heart. This past year's experiences have yielded in her new strengths and resiliency. We love you, Alyssa Jean!

NFL Football with Jeff, Nicole, and Ammon

It is always fun when Jeff's family comes over for some football and games. Ammon loves Aunt Jody and Uncle Dave's house! We ate yummy steak tacos, watched our favorite teams lose (let's face it: it's been a hard football season for our favorite teams), and just enjoyed each other's company.

2024 Word of the Year: HABITS

 

When Meredith called me a few days before New Years to ask if I had thought about my word of the year. I told her that I had been focusing on the psychology behind my choices, so I was thinking I wanted to really focus on replacing less effective habits with more affective habits for the new year.

So, my word for 2024 is HABITS. I have some areas of my life where I need to honor and celebrate powerful habits, fine-tune existing habits, areas where I need new habits, and areas where I need to eliminate habits. I love this word cloud because it contains so many areas that are meaningful to me!
