Buongiorno! After our first stop at the new Rome Temple we drove downtown Rome, where we got to walk down the Spanish Steps, Via Condotti and then to the majestic Pantheon. We had some time to eat Gelato and see the inside of the Pantheon.....then Piazza Navona and dinner! Since it was Jen's birthday, we made certain she was rewarded at dinner time. Everyone was ready for the hotel at this point....our first day here was great!!!
In the last hours before departing for Europe, I was able to verify a visit to the newly-dedicated Rome Temple! It was exquisite! It was clear that every attention to detail had been taken in the building of this historic temple in Rome. We only had about 45 minutes to walk around but it gave us great pictures and time to feel the spirit of this incredible temple!
