Service at the church house

We were excited to clean the church for FHE a few weeks ago. I couldn't have been more proud of the kids! They kept asking the main cleaner, "What can I do now?" "What else can I do?" The brother in charge kept saying, "I've never had kids so eager to help and clean." Dave and I were in shock since our chore time goes nothing like that. Here are our pictures:

On November 1st, I hung this piece of paper up on our front door with the words, "I am thankful for...." so we could focus on gratitude. Here are some of my favorite things recorded throughout the month:

Fall Family Pictures

I think it is so important to capture a family in picture over the years. Unfortunately, I haven't always made it my first priority because I felt huge and pregnant for so many of those years. I have repented of my ways and now make it a top priority to have an annual family picture.

We hired our neighbor and friend, Kim Boldt, to photograph our family. She was patient, creative and simply fantastic!
